Geopolymer grouting material is a multi-purpose cement-based composite material with high-strength Portland cement as the matrix and high-performance polymer as the main modifying component. It features good fluidity, micro-expansion, certain toughness, strong bonding force with concrete, and excellent corrosion resistance and durability. It is suitable for ground void grouting, bridge grouting, foundation reinforcement, tunnel secondary lining and tunnel vault grouting, leakage sealing, etc.
II. Product Features
(1) High bonding strength, with interfacial bonding strength to old concrete greater than the strength of the concrete itself.
(2) High strength and high toughness, with compressive strength reaching over 50 MPa.
(3) High fluidity and permeability, no segregation or bleeding, self-leveling and compacting, capable of penetrating concrete cracks.
(4) Excellent frost resistance and aging resistance, corrosion and rust prevention.
(5) No shrinkage during the hardening process, crack and seepage resistance.
(6) Simple construction operation, no large construction equipment required.
(7) Setting time can be customized according to customer requirements, with rapid-setting and ultra-rapid-setting types available.
III. Product Applications
(1) Ground subsidence and void grouting, such as road surface, highway, and bridge grouting.
(2) Tunnel grouting reinforcement and leakage sealing, tunnel subsidence and voids, tunnel secondary lining, tunnel vault grouting, leakage sealing, etc.
(3) Foundation reinforcement, municipal roads, highway reinforcement, etc.
IV. Construction Method
Preparation tools: Grouting machine, grouting pipe, crack sealer
1. Pretreatment: Use compressed air to blow out dust and pollutants from concrete cracks.
2. Embed grouting pipes: Place a grouting pipe every approximately 500 mm along the length of the crack.
3. Seal cracks: Use inorganic rapid-setting materials or completely seal the crack surface.
4. Pressure test: Seal the grouting pipes and conduct a water or air pressure test at 0.2-0.3 MPa to observe the sealing integrity. Keep the concrete crack surface moist but without accumulated water inside the crack.
5. Mixing: The mass ratio of polymer cement grouting material to water is 100:33. Use a forced-action mixer or a modified impact drill for mixing, ensuring uniformity. The mixed slurry should have a uniform color, no powder clumps, sedimentation, uneven coloring, or bleeding, and the fluidity should meet the grouting consistency requirements. The grouting material should be used immediately after preparation to avoid setting.
6. Grouting: Load the mixed grouting material into a specialized pressure grouting tank and continuously inject it into the cracks at a pressure of about 0.3 MPa. For vertical cracks, grout from the bottom up one by one through grouting nozzles, sealing each filled nozzle immediately. During grouting, ensure the removal of air from the cracks. The last grouting pipe serves as an exhaust vent and should not be blocked to avoid hindering air discharge.
7. Curing: After grouting, maintain water curing at the grouted area for more than 7 days.
